424 is a handicap room. 409 is not. We ended up having our handicap mom stay in the NON handicap room of 409 because there is MUCH more room to get wheelchair in that room!!!!! Super weird that the room that can fit a wheelchair is NON handicap and the one that IS handicap can't fit one. Staff amazing - good breakfast - comfy rooms and clean!!!! Ice machines work and laundry facilities nice!

The whole hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very good with many options to choose from. Coffee tasted great as well.

Staff were great at arrival. Excited to see you and helpful with a couple needs we had. Rooms and hallways were clean. It was convenient for staying and getting to the park and ride for Ren Fest.

We get there, the front desk attendant has attitude from the start when I tell her we’re checking in for a reservation. She tld me I only had one room. That’s when Anna the manger come up, told me that’s why I shouldn’t use a third party booking sight and only call the hotel. That’s there’s nothing they could do, they were full. When I showed her my booking and two rooms, she than asked for a second name. When I gave her what I thought it would be she told me she couldn’t find it and again it was my fault for using a website.

Everything was fantastic! If I had to be picky, the air ventilation in the pool room was non-existent. Eyes burned from chlorine. Otherwise, the property was top-notch. I haven't been this satisfied with a hotel in a long time ,and I travel often!

The staff was fabulous, pool and hot tub were always clean. Room was clean and the hotel itself was quiet. Definitely will stay again

Great stay. Cold pool
Nice hotel. Very clean. Plenty of space in the room. Breakfast was excellent with my options. The pool area was great but the pool temperature was pretty cold

Loved the hotel! Best breakfast bar ever and staff were wonderful about keeping stocked and cleaned! Room was super, loved the furnishings and cleanliness.

Had our pick of hotels between ValleyFair and the MOA, but so glad we chose Holiday Inn Express. The hotel was updated, clean, and quiet and fairly priced. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the delicious breakfast options.
