Everything was great and would have given a 5 star, except there were weird popping noises in our room which made it difficult to sleep. We couldn't tell where the moose was coming from.

The view from our window was a big air handler. Our room keys didn't work, so that required a couple visits to the front desk to get resolved. The card reader at the garage exit didn't work, either, so that required another visit to the desk.

The property itself is beautiful. Rooms clean, food was good but we arrived at check in and had to wait 3 hours for the suite to be ready. Came back from a concert and wanted bottles of water and they said they didn't have any in the building for purchase or otherwise. Staff was nice but the hotel is not ran well.

体验十分不错的一家万豪,酒店洗衣烘干十分便宜了,停车场也价格实惠,酒店有直通停车场的通道,早餐也是一路下来比较有印象的一家了,有切好的新鲜水果。
不错的地方,但要用信用卡预订
虽然我住的房间干净整洁,工作人员也还算友好,但似乎不知道自己在做什么。他们告诉我,我信用卡上待处理的临时杂费会扣除,但并没有。这笔费用已经扣除了,现在没人知道该怎么解决这个问题,把费用退还给我。我和前台通了电话,前台把我转接了一次又一次,最后却只能给我语音信箱,希望他们能回电。这地方还不错,但要用信用卡预订,因为如果这个问题解决不了,我就得跟我的信用卡提出异议了。
房子本身很漂亮,但市中心到处都在施工,无家可归者收容所离这里只有一个街区,酒店没有停车位,停车库很难找,电梯也坏了。我们不得不把所有行李搬下四层楼梯。
没什么特别的。入住后等电梯等了10分钟,因为其中一部(三部小电梯之一)坏了,上下电梯的人太多了。从停车场到酒店路途遥远,不方便,因为他们除了房费外还收取每日停车费(而且车库的出入口门根本就坏了)。房间地毯上满是污渍,床和枕头也很糟糕。我对这家酒店期待很高,但很遗憾,我失望了。
酒店很棒,但其他地方的服务/态度很差。
我们很喜欢这家酒店。我唯一的抱怨是餐厅的服务。那里的工作人员非常不友好,对我们服务漠不关心,大概是因为我和我14岁的女儿没有点太多酒,而且一整天的旅行都让我很饿,所以我们就点了外卖带回房间吃。除此之外,我们住得很愉快。

非常干净,客服服务也很棒,泳池也很大。早餐还行,但比大多数酒店自助早餐要好。停车场停车费15美元,但也有街边停车位。
