房间给了个大床还挺好的，屋子干净卫生，地点还是有点偏，但是自驾游就很方便，性价比也高，服务人员态度还行。
这酒店明明远离米兰的中央火车站， 但可能给钱给trip 了， 我搜米兰中央火车站时， 这酒店混在第一页和那些在中央火车站一公里内的一起， 怎么可以这么不负责呢。 投诉去trip和酒店， 1 分给酒店有答复。 答复就是不可能退款。 我查了地图。 20 公里啊，搭的士60 欧。 我第2 天早上6 点要回中央火车站。 和酒店商量也不可能退的。只能放弃酒店重定。 大家小心这酒店， 极远离中央火车站。 地店偏辟， 却和trip 一起误导游客。 明明搜指定要中央火车站这地点的。 这么远的也混在近中央火车站的酒店里面。 小心小心， 别定。 非常不方便， 还死不退款的。 差评差评差评
房间内有蚊子，其他还可以。早餐种类多，很多好吃的甜点，水果也好吃，整体还是很不错的，位置公共交通稍有些不方便。

浴室发霉了，要是用点除霉剂就好了。接驳车周末不运营，洗衣服务也是，这些要是预订前知道就好了。酒店位置离公共交通太远太远了，周末又没有接驳服务，打优步出行花了不少钱，导致住宿成本很高。而且由于位置偏远，叫优步也很困难。至于迷你冰箱……我能说什么呢，它根本就不是冰箱，只是一个带灯的盒子，把你的水保持在室温。我个人觉得他们应该把“冰箱”这个词去掉，改成“带灯的保温盒”。

-这次的酒店选择真的太明智了！从踏入酒店的那一刻起，就感受到了无微不至的服务。前台工作人员热情友好，办理入住手续高效快捷。酒店的环境更是没得说，大堂装修精致高雅，房间干净整洁、布置温馨，床品柔软舒适，让我每晚都能拥有高质量的睡眠。而且酒店位置绝佳，周边交通便利，购物餐饮都很方便。总之，这是一次完美的住宿体验，强烈推荐
房间简单，没有因为在郊区大一点。其实就是三颗星商务酒店的水平。让人气愤的是说有免费巴士接送服务，后来说没有。但是小区有免费巴士服务，问酒店人员，半天说不清楚在地铁站哪里上车。一直推说不是他们的服务所以不知道，气得我说什么四星级酒店，自己挂上多一颗星。
服务给了三颗星，是因为我房间有需求服务，没有让我等很久，但是为了接送问题，打了至少5通电话。让我淋着雨，拿着2个行李来回跑，问不同的巴士司机。最后在一个小时后，找到可以经过酒店的巴士。这种体验非常差。酒店人员缺乏训练！
