We stayed at the TownePlace Suites in Bowling Green for a family trip. Overall the hotel was clean and convenient, but our room on the first floor had a few issues. The in-room phone wasn’t working, which made it difficult to reach the front desk, and we could clearly hear footsteps and noise from the floor above whenever people walked. The staff was polite, but these problems made the stay less comfortable than expected.

The room was clean and comfortable. Being Celiac, there a couple of items on the breakfast buffet I could have.

Hotel room was clean but wasn’t that inviting. Very basic room not special. It felt & looked out dated.

The water took forever to get hot. The room was extremely dusty. There was no internet because of a storm 3 days earlier. They should have gotten it fixed within 3 days. We were told at 11pm that we could go over to another hotel across the street, but it was too late and we were in our pajamas.

The stay was lovely for what I was needing the room for!

Sounded like a herd of cattle above me. No room safe. Very clean. Short of food 2days of 4 due to teen age kids. Shower stall / tub floor very slippery- no shower Matt or anti skid surface in shower.

Perfect for one-week stay
The property is older but clean and spacious. Plenty of closet space. Drawer space galore. Squirrels outside our window were more intertwining than the television. Included breakfast was very adequate and varied somewhat from day to day.

Do not recommend at all for families. There’s no sound proofing and my kids simply walking was an issue. We did a two bedroom suite and the rooms are insanely small. You can barely walk around the beds. There’s no extra linens for the pull out couch. The tub was slow to drain. The breakfast was inedible we had to go elsewhere (as an example muffins were prepackaged and still frozen to the touch). We stayed here because Embassy Suites down the road was sold out. Our experience at that hotel was a million times better. The staff was not friendly. The pool wasn’t operational. There was honestly nothing redeeming about this place. My kids said it was one of the worst hotels they’ve ever been to and we travel a lot.

We had a 2 bedroom unit. Large living area but seating doesn’t face the tiny tv, bedrooms small but ok, bathroom (only one) ridiculously small. Beds were comfortable. Heating system annoying. When we arrived, 43 degrees outside at 8pm, the units were set on cooling. Switched to heat, room got warm, but then once set temperature was reached the unit shut off its heating but the fan stayed on so it felt cold again, like a drafty old house.

Overall, not worth the high price.
