房间非常干净,而且房间非常大。从门厅搬运行李到前台接待服务非常热情。也没有歧视亚洲人。给客服整理提了一个小意见,酒店就送了一大堆的礼物,有巧克力和香槟🍾。太开心了。而且酒店的行政酒廊从早上开到晚上,逛累了随时回酒店歇歇脚,有好吃好喝的。
卫生:非常不满意的是第一天给我们换床单的黑人大妈,把被子直接扔在地上,而且是鞋子都踩在被子上了。这是我看着他们换的,要是我看不到的地方不知道该多脏。我连续问了两次这样干净吗?另外一个男的才把被子捡起来。后来我每天都要交代一遍不用打扫卧室,不要动我的床。但是客房服务的人听不懂英语。我给前台也交代了,但他们依然没有照办。就这个客房服务让我觉得不像万豪水准。
服务:我们预定的行政双床房,结果到达当天给了我们大床房。耽误了我起码1.5个小时宝贵时间。想着要住5天,怕不安全就算了。我还拍了照。主要不满意的就是这个。我专门花钱想定最好的房间,结果比较失望了。唯一满意的就是行政酒廊的服务员,服务比较好。

地段真不错,周边环境满分,购物出行都很方便。工作人员非常热情专业。吐槽一下房间内设施,洗手间尽然淋浴地方是浴帘,星级酒店档次一下子拉低,花洒的支架还是故障的,无法固定花洒。台盆旁边放漱口杯的地方就一块隔板,很low。
卫生间的下水道气味难闻,连续换了两次房间,都存在这样的问题。淋浴地方连挡水条都没有,隔音效果近乎无。酒店非常老旧,每天轮流坏一部电梯。早餐食物被取完后,才八点半就不再补了。
位置在巴黎中心,距离老佛爷、加尼埃尔歌剧院步行3分钟可达,早餐非常丰盛,服务态度亲切,周边餐馆林立,选择多样,适合享受巴黎生活的度假之旅。
酒店很好,这次出差还生病了,人在异乡,酒店还帮忙叫医生上门,多次与客人沟通生病情况,帮忙买药送药,点赞酒店,尤其感谢麦西-宾客关系服务主管,感谢他,优秀员工,多次关心客人身体,帮忙与医生沟通,非常感谢,非常优秀的员工,下次法国肯定还住这里。
在巴黎算房间大的酒店,而且去哪里都很方便,离老佛爷也只有五分钟步行,附近有众多餐厅可以选择
超值的性价比,在巴黎这个区,这个价格,这个服务,实在是很好的选择,而且服务也很好,就是路边停车会有点麻烦。
巴黎市中心酒店比较干净,周边很方便,虽然房间大小一般,但是因为在巴黎性价比还算可以了,前台服务态度也很不错
