Flexible and helpful
Awesome! Worked with me to change my check in time to a morning check in instead of a 2 PM check in. (I work night shift and needed to check in after work but other hotels would not accommodate even when I offered to pay for the day prior and already had the room reserved with intentions of paying for prior day so I could have somewhere to sleep after work.

Not lived up to the rating!!!
The room was generally clean, there was a lot of damaged areas from the ceiling to the walls, bathroom also had damage and was dirty, needed a deep cleaning! For me by myself was a small issue, would never stay there with anyone else!

Wear shoes when in your room
The motel needs a facelift, but I expected that at the price. It was the cleanliness that surprised me. The floor was wood grain linoleum. There were dust bunnies and other dirt in the corners behind the furniture, essentially anywhere a broom could not reach without moving things. The floor left brown dirt on the bottom of our feet, especially when we got out of the shower, almost muddy tracks. The breakfast was dry cereal/milk, coffee and Little Debbie honey buns. On a good note, the shower water was hot and plentiful and the coffee was good.

Room dirty, spider webs in just about every corner of the room. Had to kill spiders daily, door wasn’t insulated so bottom and side of door had large exposed area for rodents and insects to crawl through. Management basically said to deal with it and provided extra towels to stuff the opening in the door.

酒店位置有点难找，因为路上没有任何关于车道的提示。进去后，停车场很小，办理入住或退房时根本找不到停车位。房间比我们想象的要小得多，和图片上显示的完全不符！房间小到简直让人震惊！浴室很脏，浴缸周围的地板上有死虫子，到处都是污垢。床烂透了！没有弹簧床垫或任何支撑，只有一个金属框架，一动就发出刺耳的声音，吵得我们大半夜睡不着！床上用品很薄，我们大部分时间都被冻醒，即使关掉空调，也热得要命！床单很脏，上面沾满了灰尘和头发！我不知道是客房服务的问题还是根本没换过！
电视还可以，但几乎不能用，所以看电视基本上就是个笑话，水压也糟糕透了！说到浴室，忘了提墙壁上的黑色霉斑，还有淋浴间里形成的铁锈和白色结晶，简直让我们恐慌！房间里还有各种虫子和蜘蛛，让我们感到非常不安！
我们是来庆祝周年纪念日的，结果却是最糟糕的体验！我们甚至懒得去吃早餐，因为果汁机坏了，水果和谷物看起来也很可疑。
总的来说，我只给这家酒店打一星，仅仅是因为办理入住时的服务还不错。
昨晚住一晚还好。
