The check in was ok, but they flat out said they couldn’t refund me if I did t like the room since it was booked third party. You know it’s not gonna be good when the want you to check it out first, even though you have no choices. It was “SO” bad that we couldn’t even stay the 2nd night and left early to go home. We had plans to go out in college station but went back to Dallas early to sleep at home. The noise was unbelievable and I have never slept so poorly. The room was dirty and stunk like mold or mildew. Just something I would not have paid even $40 a night for much less over $100 a night for. Very dissatisfied.

The front office staff was nice but the room itself wasn’t. The room reeked of urine, the bedsheets had small stains on it, the plumbing is so loud you could hear when others flushed the toilet or showered in other rooms, nothing seemed wiped down. Overall, very gross room. Also the location seemed very sketchy. Wouldnt stay again.

The check-in staff was great, very friendly, helpful and efficient. Also, the bed was reasonably comfortable and air conditioner unit worked well. However, the room needs major improvements. There were a number of things that need to be repaired or replaced, including the mirror and damage to the walls and tiles.

We were told to check the room Out before we checked in. We were unaware with the Toilet that ran all night, it sounded like a freight every 10 minutes. TV staticky and on one volume level, Loud! Mold everywhere.

Reasonable
The room was ok for what we paid. I appreciate that they try to make the room as presentable as possible despite the condition it is in. Definitely recommend if you're needing a quick stay, but not for extending stays.

My apartment got flooded from somewhere i told them at the office and they said they were gonna go check it and take care of the problem. And they never did 2 of my backpack got soaking wet and they didn't offer to take care of it.
