The staff are friendly and no complaints with them. The hotel looks good until you look closer. The carpet in the corner was coming up exposing the plywood underneath the bathroom door had chunks of wood under the hinges to make it open and close. It looks like they put lipstick on a pig every time they need to repair something. The paint job in the room was terrible. Now all that said it was clean the room was big and the bed was way to firm (personal preference). There is no way this ids a 180 dollar a night hotel.

The noise level of the other guest’s was high & the walls were not insulated enough. We were on the lower level so we heard the sound from above as well

The room was very nice and clean. The front desk person was nice but not much personality. She didn’t even try to go out of her way to make you feel glad you chose their hotel to stay at.

Agent who checked us in was very abrupt. Efficient, but put me off the minute I walked in. No greeting. Just what’s your name before I got to the counter and then I had to repeat myself. The tv was not working in the room. To their credit they came up immediately to try and fix it and moved us to another room when it still didn’t work.

房间干净整洁。床很硬，空调温度调到64华氏度（约17摄氏度），但从未低于74华氏度（约21摄氏度）。整晚都很热。早餐乱糟糟的，一位可怜的女士独自一人努力维持。她做得很好，但地板上到处都是食物，煎饼机也坏了。很多东西都没填满。大堂和公共区域不像房间那样干净整洁。
除了房间隔音不太好之外，一切都很棒！
虽然有点偏僻，但开车去哪里都很方便。
员工友好，一切都很干净，早餐应该能满足每个人的需求。
这家酒店没有达到我预期的假日酒店标准。浴室急需翻新。它还需要换个新的浴帘，浴缸排水不畅。
卧室稍微翻新了一下。看起来是新刷的，床对我来说很舒服。虽然有点硬，但也不硬。
地毯需要彻底清洁，或者最好更换。早餐是典型的假日酒店早餐，有冷热选择。
前台工作人员很友好，但房间有霉味，需要翻新。早餐和早餐区都不错。
太糟糕了，枕头沾满了血，床单很脏，房间很脏，不推荐😡
