The pool area was only open from 9 am - 10 pm, so basically when no one is there to use it. No early morning swims. No relaxing in the hot tub at the end of a long day.

一进门就闻到一股浓烈的烟味和空气清新剂的味道，呛得人喘不过气来。我们被告知泳池关闭了，真是太失望了。我问起烟味，他们说酒店是无烟酒店，但可能是灯光设备的问题，所以我闻到的肯定是灯光设备的问题。嗯……我要求取消预订，去了另一家正规酒店。我迫不及待地想出去呼吸新鲜空气。我的眼睛灼痛了好几个小时。我担心我儿子会哮喘发作。早知道就应该想到，光是进入大堂就需要密码。
关于*******，我当时匆忙预订房间，没注意到自己不知怎么就离开了酒店官网。我确实注意到价格不一样，但当时太着急了，就把这归咎于税费和虚假宣传。结果，通过*******预订的价格至少比广告上的价格贵了25美元。让*******处理退款倒是不难，但打了好几个电话才接通。
房间干净舒适，配备炉灶、全尺寸冰箱、洗碗机以及所有锅碗瓢盆、餐具和杯子碗碟。
浴缸是全尺寸的，带淋浴。提供多芬洗发水、护发素、沐浴露和润肤露。泳池水太冷不能游泳，但浴缸很舒服。工作人员友好热情，乐于助人。我们住了两晚，如果再来这附近还会选择这里。
我遇到了好几位工作人员，他们都很友善，而且知识渊博。由于酒店正在装修，泳池暂时关闭，但那是一个很棒的泳池，而且停车场对面酒店的泳池我们也可以使用。房间非常安静，其他客人也很友善。我还会再来的。
热水浴缸和游泳池都关闭了。我要求入住一楼的房间，结果被安排在了二楼。电视遥控器坏了，我打电话给前台，他们说会送一个新的过来。一个小时后，我只好自己去前台拿。
