I was with a shorter friend with some health issues, including a recent pacemaker implant. Without the use of an arm affected by the implant surgery, she was unable to get into the bed. What was initially offered was that they could cancel our reservation. That was a hard no since we already canceled one of the nights of our two-night reservation and it ended up costing over $30 more for the one night. I didn't want to search for a different hotel on what was Family Weekend at UW LaCrosse. Instead I was given a filthy plastic step stool from the kitchen. There was what seemed to be pet hair on the disgusting chair in the room, #222, although we were told pets were only allowed on the first floor. There were no directions for the TV. The carpet at the entrance, which we both tripped over, looked gross, as did the carpet in the elevator. We were both very disappointed and, honestly, couldn't wait to leave.

When we arrived in our room there was a big deodorizer running to get rid of the smell in the room. My husband later found mold spots all over the wall behind the TV. The deodorizer made the room smell like chemicals.

Don't let the price fool you, this place was a great value. Very clean, breakfast and a pool. The room was in top shape with a super new bed. Right across the street from the river (great outdoor summertime bar). Has resteraunts within walking distance, or a 1 mile drive to downtown. Would highly recomend!

Old, dirty, sink didn’t drain, shower had low water pressure… room was surface clean but far from clean! Kinda get what you pay for here.

The room was clean and quiet. It needed some updating and care. Toilet seat was way loose. The fridge worked well but was wobbly in the cabinet when opening the door. The pool and hot tub needed a good scrubbing but were still enjoyable. The staff was nice. It was decent for the price.

I had zero sleep and I felt like I needed to had extra security to my door at night. Others staying there and outside, talking all night long and very noisy. The air conditioner was very noisy and. I would not recommend staying here.

For the price we paid $350 flex price because whatever was happening in LaCrosse at the time, its was disappointing. Near 4 or 5 tiles around the toilet bowl were cracked, and ever time you stepped on one you felt like you were going to fall through the floor.

The owners were very rude when i checked in. They in the past charged a 100 dollar deposit and this time the wanted 150. In the am when i went for continental breakfast there was nothing. Very poor stay
