I liked the modern feel of the rooms, they were very spacious and seemed very tidy. The hot tub and pool were very clean and a nice temperature, however the jets in the hot tub did not work. The gym was small but clean and had basic cardio equipment. We would stay here again if we visit the grants area.

I stay at many Holiday Inns when I road trip across the country and I usually appreciate the cleanliness but this hotel in Grants, NM was not up to par. The showers had a bunch of pink mold everywhere and missing baseboards. It was super run down and needs a major cleaning makeover. Just gross!

The Television in the room wasn’t functional.
The Desk Employee told us … there’s no volume control and it had to be plugged in and unplugged to turn it on & off.
The hot tub didn’t work. No jets no circulation. The employees had no answer for this.
There were no free weights in the gym.
This is absolutely not what we’ve come to expect from the HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS franchise and *******.
Quite frankly this is unacceptable and ..,, if we can’t trust your site to deliver a consistent product and service … possibly our patronage would be best served somewhere else.

Great experience for one night
Comfy bed, lots of room.
The hot water took awhile to come in (wasteful), the bathroom needs on more light and a hook on near shower to hang clothes or towels.
Highly recommend the Junkyard66 Brewery 5 minutes away.

这家酒店糟透了。跟广告宣传的不一样，所以要小心。电梯电线裸露在外。三楼走廊的墙壁和地毯上满是污渍。床很不舒服。墙上挂着一台很小的老式电视。淋浴水不热。外面的声音都能听到。早餐糟透了。他们肯定把剩菜剩饭都拿出来了，因为早餐看起来和尝起来都很旧。真是一次糟糕的体验。
幸亏我们的房间翻新过，所以我们睡得很舒服，也很安静。早上早餐区弥漫着一股很浓的化学气味或类似煤气味，根本没法吃东西。蛋白煎蛋卷煎得太老了，桌子摇摇晃晃，我们的饮料几乎洒得到处都是，咖啡也……
负面变量太多
20个房间非常吵，早餐的咖啡很冷，淋浴不热，浴室地板非常湿，停车场道路噪音非常大，晚上难以入睡
楼上的很吵，早餐也不好，面包很旧，咖啡就是水。
