总体来说入住体验不错；然而，办理入住时，前台接待员似乎对我提供的信用卡出了问题。他反复说了三遍“卡被拒”。请注意，这张卡并非我的，而是他们需要从*******那里拿到的。我出示了全额付款的收据，他们让我稍等片刻，等经理过来办理其他客人的入住手续。我们等了十分钟，经理终于来了，顺利地帮我们办理了入住。经理人很好；不过，当着一长串客人的面被告知信用卡被拒，确实有点尴尬，所以前台接待员应该改进一下措辞。

The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. This was our fifth stay in three years and we have enjoyed it every single time. The breakfast area is nice and clean and the staff keeps things filled well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hallways were a bit confusing and they out of the blue popped out of nowhere to help direct me. And other than being under construction / it was surprisingly clean. Great showers. Bed was mostly comfortable. Loved being on the first floor. Windows are really easy to hear people outside but we were by the makeshift entrance.it was a nice relaxing get away.

Lobby was being remodeled but made it clear where to acess it still. Very clean considering construction going on and very friendly and helpful staff. The room we booked was over booked they put us in a different room and gave discount.

Don’t stay here if it’s still under construction.

Most importantly, it would’ve been nice if they had “under construction” listed somewhere on their website. You couldn’t enter through the main door as it was shut down due to “improvements”. Our room was right by the construction so you can imagine the sound. We got locked out of our room on our second day of our stay as they were having “issues” with their key cards. When I went to the front desk to find out why we couldn’t get in our room, I was greeted with attitude and no apology for the inconvenience. Our faucet in our bathroom sink leaked and it stuck. The cleanliness of the room was good.
