Lobby was being remodeled but made it clear where to acess it still. Very clean considering construction going on and very friendly and helpful staff. The room we booked was over booked they put us in a different room and gave discount.

Don’t stay here if it’s still under construction.
Most importantly, it would’ve been nice if they had “under construction” listed somewhere on their website. You couldn’t enter through the main door as it was shut down due to “improvements”. Our room was right by the construction so you can imagine the sound. We got locked out of our room on our second day of our stay as they were having “issues” with their key cards. When I went to the front desk to find out why we couldn’t get in our room, I was greeted with attitude and no apology for the inconvenience. Our faucet in our bathroom sink leaked and it stuck. The cleanliness of the room was good.

Rumbling in the ceiling
There was some rumbling in the ceiling, it was hard to falling asleep. Everything else was ok

The young gentleman working the front desk really made my review 5 star! He was soo polite, so accommodating, offered condiments to all reward members and I can’t say POLITE enough!!

Very kind staff. Gym was nice. Breakfast had these red skin potatoes and maple sausage one day that were so flippin' good.

It’s clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is usual hotel breakfast. Nice that they started an hour early because of the sports teams staying there.
However,
The hide a bed was not made and had blankets wadded up in it. They were also stained. I was told they couldn’t do anything because they didn’t have housekeeping staff for the weekend. I didn’t ask to be moved just to have it taken care of. Ya know clean sheets. Nope.
I asked for a discount since we were unable to utilize the entire space (my 13 yr old had to sleep on top of the cushions to be safe. As of yet nope. They”said” they would tell the manager but I never heard anything about it.
A/C was noisy and the sink water pressure was poor. Shower door didn’t close all the way because of the shampoo mounted inside the shower wall.
Not sure if stay here again. It’s in a safe feeling place but I feel an opportunity was missed for good customer service

Staff was so nice!!! Rooms were incredibly clean. Our kids even asked to come back!
