The hotel was incredibly clean, including the stairwell! It was quiet and the breakfast was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

The facility was pet friendly and the fee was reasonable. The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom floor. The bed was extremely comfortable, every amenity listed was provided, the staff was helpful, and the free breakfast was delicious. This was my second stay, and I plan to stay again.

In the evening we played cards in the lobby and all of the chairs had a nail stick through the upholstery. At first we thought it just one chair then we started checking several and all were the same. We made the desk clerk aware

The bed, pillows, and couch were comfy, and the room was well-equipped. The bathroom and living area were roomy. The continental breakfast was 100% yummy, with friendly staff and something for everyone (go for the Belgium waffles). The outdoor pool had chairs, tables, loungers, and towels. The only thing I would change would be to lower the A/C when you first come into the registration desk. Brrrr. Like a blast from the Arctic! But not a deal killer for this lovely, well-kept hotel. Close to the Interstate but not too close for noise, close to filling stations, and close to town for wonderful restaurants (Wrigley and Seasons, also 100%).

When we got to our room --we pulled down the comforter and found BED BUGS! We took the bug(s) down to the front desk and was informed that they were bed bugs. She accommodated us into a different room right away stating that the General Manager would contact us the next day or the next working day (Monday). As of this date we have not been contacted by the General Manager. We have tried to contact him by phone and email......Totally ignored us, we should have been contacted for the quality of our room that night!! We will not stay at this Hampton Inn again!

They thoroughly inspected the room and confirmed that the insect was a carpet beetle, not a bed bug. While carpet beetles can occasionally find their way indoors, they are not harmful and do not bite.We also wanted to note that, contrary to what was stated in the review, we did not receive any follow-up call or email from you.
