Very easy check-in process and love the spacious room! Definitely could use an upgrade in regards to the tub as it has been patched a lot but still very clean.

This was a great two room suite for five adults and three kids. Had 5:00 PM Treats and Drinks as a great social hour. Kitchenette worked just fine for the kids while adults came in and out during the day.

The hotel is a good value and convenient location. My only issue was with breakfast buffet, the decaf coffee container was cold and there weren't any bowls for cereal.

Staff was ok, not overly nice but not rude. Bed was amazingly comfortable, I slept like a baby. Not as quiet as soon other hotels I have been to but not bad either. Rooms could use updating. The paint in the tub was chipped, the couch was older and had a musty old smell to it. When I was checking out, no one was at the desk. I rang the bell but no one came. I needed to leave to catch a flight and I ended up just leaving a note for the reception to see when they got back. I also had a nice $100 deposit that I never got back either. Probably won’t stay again. Not terrible but not the best

My room was invested with ants and the sheet and mattress pad were filthy. I did reach out to the manager and was refunded but the conditions were unsanitary and completely unacceptable.

Some members of staff were really lovely and helpful and some other members of staff were quite the opposite and seemed bothered when we had asked for help about the fire alarm continuing to beep and go off in our room multiple days in a row late at night and didn’t follow up on addressing fixing the issue.

I would definitely stay here again! My only complaint is that the room didn’t seem very well cleaned some of the surfaces had a light coat of dust and the boxspring looked dirty
