There was nobody present to check us in. Nobody! What if there had been an emergency in the building? There was a fan blowing on the elevator equipement, so there was obviously some kind of problem - what if someone had gotten stuck? The emergency back-up person who showed up was extremely nice - and exhausted, because he had just worked the previous evening shift. And some things felt sloppy: the pool was closed for no apparent reason, there was no soap for the bathroom soap dish, the raisin bran sign was spelled Raisen Brand ... seriously? Someone should be embarrassed that this hotel carries the Hampton name.

Clean room. Beds were not the most comfortable. Pool closed, was not told upon booking, otherwise we would’ve stayed elsewhere. Elevator down for most of our first full day. Breakfast was crowded and we did not eat there due to people coughing and sneezing all over the food.

If I had known this - would have booked another hotel
They had a sign at the front desk
I was on the third floor
Had to carry all my bags up the stairs
The hotel claimed that they had informed the guests who booked directly with them
Book thru ******* and you are “F…ed”
I’m not happy !!

New mattress needed
Very nice with very friendly staff. Matress needs to be replaced you feel every spring. Did not sleep well. Breakfast was very nice.

Check-in was easy, it was clean, and breakfast was good. The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and a Kroger grocery store. I would stay here again.

The room smelled of smoke. The halls smelled of fuel oil. Overall, the Hotel was clean.

Staff was very accommodating and quick to help us as a last minute stay.
Bathroom sliding door was difficult to use and ran off the track.

Stayed here for a baseball tournament. Very close to the Sports Park. Several close restaurants. Super fun putt-putt place within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
