We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was what we needed. No complaints, staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice. We didn't know the area and were just driving around on a expedition of Americana! Not much to do around the hotel, but a freeway exit or two away go more options. We would stay again. We are just learning the area. We came down and explored Horse Cave City, Cave City, Mammoth Cave and Hidden River Cave. We loved our trip.

Everybody was nice. Need a better sign at the road though. I had to use GPS to get in the parking lot from the highway.

This property was horrible from the beginning. We arrived late and they had put us in a “no show” list so we no longer had our reservation. They already had a hold on our card. Then she had to make a new reservation for us but she had to call someone on the phone because she was new and there by herself at night. Then our card got charged again. After waiting to get in our rooms for an hour. We all go to our rooms to sleep and as soon as I layed down I started getting bit by bed bugs. I jump up and go downstairs to tell the front desk and she tells me that we can just go pile in the other room that we have all together. We had 7 people and 2 rooms. Then when someone gets there at 8am they could clean another room for us. This was at about 4:30am. There was no manager on site.

This facility was very dirty for a Holiday Inn, especially the entrance, hallways, and elevator. The bathtub had a slimy film and was not clean. The parking is a small lot. No good if if you are pulling a trailer.

This hotel is a great option for those wanting to visit Mammoth Caves National Park. It’s located off the highway, so easy access. Our room was very clean and with extra space and plenty of storage. WiFi works great too.

The guy at the front desk was condescending. The room was dirty. Staying on the ground floor the blinds didn’t work. Looked like some cheap ass shower curtain for the window curtain.We’ve been staying at Holiday Inn Express for years when on vacation and this was the absolute worst. We left at 5am. Couldn’t wait to get the hell out of there…

Asked for room near lobby or elevator since I use a walker Did that when I made reservation month ago. Got there and they gave me handicap room which was the furthest room from elevator! And I didn’t ask for. It was regular room with tub and 3 grab bars and seat. That’s not handicap and that far away from elevator! Do they think all handicap are in a motorized wheelchair to get to it???? Also gal called person in charge and she pretty much said take it or leave it. I’m IHG member and expected better
我们一家四口住了两晚，其间我们去了猛犸洞国家公园游玩。一切都很好，除了我们刚到的时候游泳池因为维修不能用，不过第二天就开放了。游泳池水有点浑浊，不是特别干净，除此之外，我们对这次住宿非常满意。工作人员很友好，酒店很干净，早餐也很棒！
由于行程突然调整，我们不得不匆忙预订住宿，之前看到一些负面评价，我还有些担心。不过，我们全家的体验都非常满意。早餐很棒，前台工作人员热情周到。房间干净整洁，暖气也很好，浴室设施齐全。最重要的是，工作人员对泳池水质和水温的维护非常用心，这一点真的令人钦佩。但是，我担心随着客人数量的增加，服务质量可能会受到影响。虽然周边一些设施还有点不完善，但总体来说，我们认为酒店管理得很好。这是一次非常棒的体验。谢谢！
