Outlets didn’t seem to work in the room and there was only access to one wall outlet. Room needed upgrades like lamps with usb ports. Staff were nice and room was clean.

Perfect
Was the third hotel we went to because the others smelled so bad just walking into the lobby. This was clean and the desk person friendly. Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. Did not hear anyone even though all the room surrounding us had guests too.

All of the staff people were friendly and helpful. The restaurant option was helpful and the breakfast was pretty good. Interior was always well lighted and clean. I could not find one thing wrong with my room lol.
What didn't I like? The morning we left early, it was still dark. There was no lighting under the front entry or in the parking lot. 6:00 a.m.. You need to adjust your timers.
Overall an exceptional hotel.

In town for a class reunion. The hotel is located only a few miles from the event and made it very convenient.

No smiles to greet from any of the front desk staff, either at check in or check out. Key cards wouldn’t work - had to have maintenance come fix. No one in Beer Garden to hand us a menu or seat us, and the place was freezing. Pillows need replacing - lumpy and mashed down, and looked as if there were standard pillows in king sized cases. Almost all the doors on second floor were splintered looking - as if they’d been kicked in at some point. Place could definitely use some sprucing up.
Breakfast was ok, but tables in the room were sticky, as if they hadn’t been wiped off.
Very disappointed after the reviews I read.

I apologize for your key card not working. I am glad our maintenance staff was able to get right on it and fixed the issue for you. I am sorry no one sat you at the Beer Garden I have spoken to our bartender that was on and for future this will be prevented. We do have signs stating you can sit wherever you like. As far as our pillows we have very high reviews that they are GREAT. I have brought to the attention of our maintenance department that some doors in the area of your room may need some TLC. They are working extremely hard to make sure all guests are satisfied. I hope you will give us another try in the future as we take pride in making our guest feel at home.

First thing I look at when I stay anywhere as a travel nurse is the bathrooms. Less then subpar would give the bathroom a 2/5 for cleanliness. Other than that the stay was okay, poor lighting.
