I agree with the review given on our last day at 3am. The experience was not well received. The kids hockey families were there creating havoc with kids unsupervised running and playing in the hall with nets and hockey sticks. The gym room was full of unsupervised kids. Parents in the bar with beer buckets with their own agenda while kids again on the pool table with hockey sticks. View your video footage from the the time we were there. Security was lacking staff was minimal and overwhelmed with the chaos going on. In their defense, they were great with what they had to deal with. Would not recommend staying again for us or anyone. Obviously management was in it for the money 💰.

The staff was wonderful, the room was fine, and the coffee was delicious. The only drawback was poor internet service which is tough when part of your job is remote work.

Outlets didn’t seem to work in the room and there was only access to one wall outlet. Room needed upgrades like lamps with usb ports. Staff were nice and room was clean.

Perfect
Was the third hotel we went to because the others smelled so bad just walking into the lobby. This was clean and the desk person friendly. Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. Did not hear anyone even though all the room surrounding us had guests too.

All of the staff people were friendly and helpful. The restaurant option was helpful and the breakfast was pretty good. Interior was always well lighted and clean. I could not find one thing wrong with my room lol.
What didn't I like? The morning we left early, it was still dark. There was no lighting under the front entry or in the parking lot. 6:00 a.m.. You need to adjust your timers.
Overall an exceptional hotel.
