The bathroom wasn’t clean. There was hair in the shower. The elevator doors were disgusting. The hallways needed vacuumed. Our room needed vacuumed.

The staff was AMAZING! Even the cleaning staff...so so very kind! Other than that...mold in our shower wall (I have photos) and the smells in the halls and stairs. Also cockroaches climbing the walls in the hallway and ants in the lobby. I feel sorry for the people working there as they were the best! Also the printer didn't work and I needed it for work. They said, "oh it hasn't worked for a while"

Ok for One Night, but not much more.
This was a “lay my head to sleep” kind of stay. Was not in the room long, but multiple issues and was too late to do anything about it but sleep. Toilet was broken. I had to turn the water on myself as it had been shut off. Two towels were wet in the bathroom and the shower mat was dirty. Luckily there were others provided. Overall, the buildings appearance was not great. All doors had scuff marks and dents. I will choose elsewhere to stay next time.

No way this is highly rated. The elevator was out and looked like it was out for some time. The first floor was all occupied by what looked like several families of Indian nationals. It smelled like curry and saffron throughout the first floor. Most of the 2nd floor seemed empty. They put everyone that checked in on the 3rd floor so everyone had to carry their luggage up the stairs. The pillows were feathered but flat. There were hardly any cars in the parking lots. Possibly 15 to 20. No cars were parked in the back. The hallway up stairs was dirty and looked like it had not be vacuumed in weeks. This was the worst hotel that I had ever stayed in. False advertising by the fake reviews. I would never have stayed there if they were accurate. Don’t stay there even if there are no rooms anywhere else. Sleep in your car is much better.

Upon check in I was told the elevator wasn’t working. And then he assigned us to 4th floor. I wasn’t offered help with bags. I wasn’t offered a discount for inconvenience

The carpeting was filthy in the hallways, elevator floor was very dirty and there was an unpleasant smell on the fourth floor and in our room. This particular hotel is more on par with a motel 6 and not worth the overnight cost.
