Residence Inns generally tend to be solid places to stay, and this one was no different. You get a nice room, a wealth of space, reasonably comfortable beds, and a solid, middle-of-the-road price. This Residence Inn stood out in terms of service. The desk attendant was quite helpful, and we were a late-night arrival. If you’ve never tried a Residence Inn, you should, unless you absolutely need a grand hotel. Residence Inns are good stopover hotels that deliver a solid stay in a room with a small kitchen, good comfort, and a great value. This Residence Inn had one problem, and it’s a problem common in Residence Inns - it was under renovation. To keep their places reasonably modern, a lot of Residence Inns are constantly being renovated. So there may be an amenity that isn’t available, or the parking lot may be a bit messy, but I’ve never found the renovations to be disturbing; there isn’t a hammering on the walls in the morning, evening or night, nor a saw screeching constantly, or anything like that, but there are signs of construction and renovation. That doesn’t bother me at all, but it is something I should mention. Personally, I had a very good stay, and would feel very comfortable going back. Residence Inns are great values for what you get. I can’t say it’s for everyone, but it is absolutely for the cost-conscious traveler and the person who desires spaciousness.

The property was under renovation the second floor was completely closed. It was dangerous going up and down stairs. The work out room and the swimming pools were closed! It was very muddy out front because of the construction work, which meant we tracked dirt into hotel and our room. We were told we could not use the work out room in Marriott because of safety reasons….

Not sure we would stay again
AC didn’t work correctly. Mold spots in the shower and rust spots around the show head.
Got downstairs and breakfast tasted like it had been sitting around for a while.
