Excellent spot to rest my head. Upon arrival, I was impressed with Alex at the front desk. Despite issues with my employer’s reservation with the establishment, Alex was able to trouble shoot and problem solve. The rest of the property’s staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. The rooms are very recently renovated. The rooms and the property are clean. The gym is well equipped. The breakfast is delicious with lots of options for gluten free. The potatoes are yummy! There is oat milk and fresh fruit . The coffee is always out. Free parking. Convenient!

My stay in this hotel was good in every way! The desk clerk checking in, Alex, was super friendly and attentive to my feather pillow allergies. The room was spacious and up to date. It was spotless! The bed was comfy. The free breakfast had a lot of options, including green chilies! The check out was smooth, with Alejandro at the desk. I will definitely stay here again!

WONDERFUL STAFF!! Newly remodeled rooms. Manager and all the staff were amazing and went above and beyond despite renovations to first level. Our 2 bedroom suite was AMAZING. Fresh warm, chocolate chips cookies at check in.

Stayed here recently and after reading reviews I was a little concerned about the condition of the property. The lobby was completely torn up also in renovations. I originally requested a 1st floor room, However the GM offered to put us in one of their freshly renovated rooms - albeit the 3rd floor. It was so worth it! Beautiful, clean and comfortable. Bed was super comfy as was the duvet so we enjoyed a needed good nights sleep on our cross country journey. I’ll stay here again and look forward to the lobby being done and the grounds outside being cleaned up. Nice employees and Good location also. Thank you

I took a 12-day, 3,771-mile road trip and this is the hotel in Albuquerque at which I stayed for a night on my way home. I suppose it was ok for a single night. The front desk staff was nice and check-in was quick and easy. The place, itself, is located near Interstate 25, so it's easy off-on to the interstate. The hotel is dated - at least that is the impression I get from the worn, threadbare carpeting. And there is no way I would get ice from that ice machine since there is no telling when they last cleaned it of any slime. The rooms are supposed to be non-smoking (at least mine) but the moment I opened the door to the room, I could smell old cigarette smoke. I had to let the front desk know that so they wouldn't charge me extra for it (although one would think they would have smelled the cigarette smoke for themselves, but whatever). The room seemed to be clean enough. It had a small kitchenette but I only used the fridge. Security worried me a little. I started packing up my things back into my vehicle at around 3 a.m. for a 4 a.m. departure, and all during that time, I never saw or heard a night watchperson/security person, and the entire front desk area was totally dark and the machines turned off. I also didn't notice any security cameras anywhere which makes me think it would have been easy for someone to just waltz on into the lobby and then take the elevator up to any of the floors. Again, my stay was only for one night, which was fine. I wouldn't stay there much longer than that if I had a choice. If I ever travel to Albuquerque again, I'll stay elsewhere.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located a few minutes off the freeway and is adjacent to Twin Peaks and PF Changs and a 5 min drive from a bunch of other good restaurants and a large movie theater. We stayed in a spacious two bedroom suite that’s complete with a full kitchen, two en suite bathrooms and a fireplace. We enjoy Marriott properties since their tvs have the YouTube and Netflix apps on them. The breakfast buffet was delicious, complete with scrambled eggs, sausage patties, bacon, home fries, yogurt, waffles and much much. It was also nice that they open at 630am for those that want an early start. I would like to recognize two front desk team members for their excellent customer service: Xavier and Alejandro. They really made our stay a great experience.

Clean, grounds nice, excellent staff at front desk. I found the place good but lots of small things were broke or damaged, quick simple repairs. Maintenance staff needs to go through each space and correct issues. Closet doors missing, broken dispensers in bathroom. Room door has half inch gap visible to hallway by frame.....

Worst hotel in Albuquerque! I stayed there with my wife. Hotel is in sad shape and desperately needs a renovation. Carpet is worn, walls are stained, phones didn’t work, etc, etc. Staff promises things and doesn’t deliver, General Mgr, Brenda Lucero and assistant GM, Rachel, don’t return calls. Stay elsewhere if you can.

When we arrived at the Residence Inn we did not have the room that we requested online. Alejandro was quick to make a change to a larger more comfortable room for our family of 5. We were very appreciative. The hotel was clean and comfortable with an excellent buffet breakfast. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you
酒店有点破旧。晚上值班的员工坐在那里什么都不做。
