Not many choices for dining but for a few fast food restaurants. Do not follow your GPS navigation if you are coming off the interstate as it took me on a Crazy goose chase around the mountains. It’s very close to the off ramp of I75; so look for it around there.

The room was standard. My complaint is that there was no shampoo or conditioner. When I complained when at the front desk instead of saying “I am so sorry for the inconvenience, she said I don’t know why they don’t keep these filled.
I think your front desk people need a little instruction in customer service.
Oh and she did say I could’ve called the front desk. Really???? I am in the shower at 6:30 am and I would have to dry off. Get dressed and go down to get shampoo. For the price I paid I think shampoo should be provided in the room.

总体来说很棒。即使我们住在三楼,水压也很高。一切都干净整洁。
唯一的小抱怨(对我们影响不大)是连接无线网络比较复杂,需要点击多个按钮并输入一些信息才能连接免费的酒店无线网络。
他们绝对有最好的早餐,食物新鲜,热乎,有很多选择,而且(不确定名字)但我们住的三天中有两天做早餐的那位女士是最友善、友好和知识渊博的,她是这家酒店的一笔财富
我的住宿一开始还不错...第二晚就不太好了...我发现楼上有个小孩,他们像一群大象一样整天跑来跑去。
去诺克斯维尔很方便,我们要去那里参加毕业典礼。满足了我们的需求。另一个房间里的电视整晚都在大声播放。我几乎没怎么睡着。
