Staff was very welcoming, the room was big and clean, ans they were very sweet to our dogs. The area is so clean and walkable too.

Great place to stay.
Residence Inn is is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. And that is a hotel about every 2 weeks. The only problem we had was with the Air Conditioner. We had to turn it down to 67 to get any cold air out. Turn to 68 or 69 it pumped out heat. So we had to stay in 65 degree air. Sitting was a problem but in the bed we could cover up and be comfortable. Our room number was 123 I think. It was the last room on the right on the ground floor. But we will be back maybe with sweaters.

Dirty pool, slide front door closed on my 10 year’s old son as he was walking out and hurted his shoulder. Breakfast was not good at all

Stayed there for 2 nights. Room was on the 5th floor. Nice, clean, quiet, and peaceful. Staff was friendly and helpful with local information. Within walking distance to the local restaurants, bars, and liquor store so I didn’t mind the parking fee.

2nd visit nice accommodation parking not so good had issue with parking validation first morning good 2nd morning despite paying in advance for parking was charged at kiosk when front desk was notified was told would take parking off which did not happened so I was doubled charged

Our stay was great. I really appreciated the ladies at check in and check out. They were super friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location right on the trolley line in downtown Little Rock. Friendy and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms within walking distance to all attractions. Great onsite parking to store a vehicle overnight.

Buildingbold but clean
Paid parking very inconvient for handicap. Way n to far from front entrance. Back entrsnce where the parking was had steps with no ramp for handicap.

We stayed one night. The hotel is in a great location and near the river. There is a lot to do in the area. Although it’s a no-smoking hotel, we noticed considerable smoke smell around our room.
