Well our room for one was next to the electrical room and we smelled electrical wires burning in the night. The dryer vents were blowing lint on our patio.

Lovely stay
We had a lovely stay. The hotel is in a nice location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean. Would definitely stay again.

在万豪酒店度过了一段美好的时光。地理位置绝佳，就在商场旁边。免费停车。附近有很多商店和餐馆，而且开车去市中心只要10-15分钟，还不堵车。一切都很完美。谢谢！
酒店和服务都非常棒。为我们办理入住的年轻小伙子杰西非常友善且专业，第二天我们离开时，玛丽也一样。下次来罗利，我一定会再次入住这家酒店。
我住的第一晚，套房的空调坏了，卧室的空调也几乎没用。我通知了前台，前台说第二天会发邮件让我去检查，还给了我一个箱式风扇帮我降温。
第二天晚上5:30左右回到酒店，前台说已经发了邮件，但似乎没人查这个问题。还好维修工还在，他把卧室的空调修好了，套房的空调也勉强能用。
他们有一整天的时间来查这个问题，为什么要等到我晚上去洗手间换衣服的时候才去看呢？
晚上的前台小姐很有礼貌，但也只能帮到我了。
我不会推荐住在这里！！
房间干净整洁。可惜的是，我到达的那天晚上餐厅没开门，离开的那天早上也没开门。连乳液都要去前台买，真是令人失望。小吃摊的存货也不够。不过，前台工作人员热情友好，让我非常满意。
