A lot of employees on their phones ignoring guest-this is the hospitality industry isn’t it? Breakfast room needs a good cleaning. Trash cans exterior were gross, as were bases of tables. Front desk girls were great, just seemed like everyone else had nothing to do but play on phones and visit with each other.
The hotels was quiet, the beds were comfortable. Rooms need a lot of touch up. Corners in the rooms need attention from housekeepers. Elevator needs some help!
I worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years at Corporate Level and these things were totally unacceptable. I am very sorry if this seems harsh.

Room was clean but there are several little things in the building and around the property that could’ve kept up better.

Spent 4 nights here. Had to ask for towels every other day. Also, had to take 3 of 4 showers with cold water. Was never asked how my stay was at checkout. Sad place to stay. I usually stay at Hampton but may be re thinking this in the future.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Very comfortable beds. Kids love the swimming pool too

My room was ok once they transferred us to a new room the previous room smelt like mildew because the air conditioner was leaking. Let’s talk about the breakfast! There was spoiled waffle mix in the dispenser. I told the attendant she said “ oh the must didn’t change it from yesterday “ I ask for a manager no one showed up. I was disturbed because my husband and daughter had consumed that spoiled mixture. The staff was very unprofessional. This was truly unacceptable

We enjoyed our stay, staff was very courteous. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. No complaints.
