Overall, this Hampton seemed to be in poorer condition than others. Needs some remodeling. At breakfast, they did not have any forks available. They said they had ordered them, but the delivery never came. It made eating some dishes more challenging. Maybe they could just go buy a big pack at Walmart?

Our stay was good. Breakfast options were a little light, but good enough. One of the staff, Kim, was exceptionally nice to us. Shout out to Kim!

Great little hotel, well located
The staff was awesome. The hotel was renovating so there were barriers to some things, but even with that it was a great stay. The hotel was clean, I felt safe, there was a lot of green space for our pups, and the hotel really made a good effort to take care of their guests as best they could. I would definitely stay here again!

Parking was good, the service desk staff was very cordial and helpful, the facility was clean. The only reason why I gave the property condition and facilities a “good” rating instead of “excellent” was because of the upgrade work being done on the construction of the existing building. This should be no fault of the hotel reputation - they are upgrading which is good

房间糟透了，油漆味儿太重，第二天早上头疼得厉害。我们结婚32周年纪念日，本来期待入住汉普顿酒店，享受高品质的服务，结果却只得到了一个徒有虚名的“火花酒店”。价格却是汉普顿的价格。萨姆人很好，尽力安慰我们。她帮我们换了一间档次低一些的房间，不过油漆味儿确实淡了一些。我对汉普顿这次的服务非常失望。就这个价格而言，简直太不值了。幸好我妻子很宽容，但这次的周年纪念体验远低于预期。下次肯定不会再选汉普顿了。
欧陆式早餐一般，咖啡淡得要命。房间里有股霉味和陈旧的味道，维护得很差。纸巾盒里只有三张纸巾。
更令人惊讶的是，我居然还要为我的宠物额外支付75美元。这简直太贵了，几乎和房费一样了。
我订的是带沙发床的大床房。他们说只有双人加大床。直到我办理入住手续进了房间才告诉我。
设施翻新，早餐需要改进。我们在Cracket Barrel吃过饭，但那里的食物也很差。位置很好。
