The bed sheets was wrinkle as if bed was not changed. Bathroom bath tub was not clean for a 144.00 I expected so much more. I will never make reservation online again can’t get money back or change reservation. Staff was ok

This property needs a lot of maintenance. 2nd floor has dips in the hallway. 1st floor has wall paper coming off, outlet hanging out of wall. Stain bedspreads, broken ac units, holes in wall.

Very nice hotel
I booked this hotel to take my son on a trip to the spar water park, this hotel was absolutely perfect. It was very close to the waterpark not far from amazing eating locations, gas stations, and other accommodations. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were very clean and very nice. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay though the elevator broke down. That would be my only complaint but machinery breaks. They did have a repairman there working on it the next morning which was a Sunday on the 4th of July weekend. So I would give them a thumbs up on maintenance!

Good breakfast with friendly staff heating and cleaning during breakfast.

We studied in this hotel on our travels home.
It was decent price of the staff was very nice and accommodating it.
My only complaints are. It was a wheelchair accessible room that actually wasn't. I couldn't get to one side of the bed at all. As it was jammed up along the wall. Once the sofa bed was down, there was no accessibility to the bathroom at all.
The microwave and refrigerator power ***** and plug in the wall also did not work at all.
Otherwise, everything was clean, nice and meat and in order.

Employees Lie about Cancelation policy
I spoke with the front desk manager about extending another night due to my daughters softball game being delayed, she suggested that I book another night and that she would let me cancel the night if we winded up not needing to stay and would not charge me. When I went to cancel the room the they said that she should not have offered that and that I would be charged because it was too late to cancel. Although she identified herself as the manager and promised that I could cancel late they are charging me full rate. If I wouldn’t have listened to her I wouldn’t be out of $320 for the 2 rooms I extended on that were never used! They will not offer to meet in the middle for a night stay at a later time or nothing! Very poor customer service by not leaning toward the customer when an employee makes a promise.
