Staff was very professional and Friendly. There was a minor issue with the thermostat in our room, (battery needed replacement). They insisted on moving us to an upgraded room for our inconvenience even though we were happy with the room we had.

I was greeted by Nillie, who was courteous, friendly and very helpful. I used the pool and hot tub and they were SPOTLESS, and there were plenty of clean folded towel

At the front desk, Danny greeted us with our pup and he was so welcoming! Next morning , the lovely woman in charge of the breakfast area was very kind and professional

Such a welcoming and clean hotel. Felt most comfortable there. Beautiful pool and lobby area.
