Air conditioning did not keep us cool at night. It seemed to come speradically but definatly wasn't working correctly. Mattress is due to be changed out.

Stay was pretty decent. Frustrating they lock the main floor bathroom and you have to get a key from the front desk.

We found that with today's world it is much safer for the staff and our guests for us to monitor who is coming in to use the bathroom. We hope to see you again if you are back in our area.

Our room smelled terrible...like Chinese food that had been sitting all day. Everything was damp, including the bedding and carpeting. The phone in our room did not work. There were scraps and chunks in the fabric headboard, with pieces flaking off and giant chunks missing from the bathroom mirror.
When we approached the front desk about the smell and condition of the room We were offered to have her spray some spray in it. No other rooms were available. We were offered no compensation or other solution. This room should not have been allowed to be booked. There is obviously a problem with it. We will never stay there again.

The hotel was very clean needs some home improvement done, like paint, floors , but all in all rooms were clean, and quiet.

The room has a musky Smell. The windows were nasty. Looks like green mold on the frame of windows.. Had bought an air freshener because of smell...Beds we're fine. Tv was nice. Breakfast was GREAT! Probably wont be back on my visit

我们开着拖车来，车里的东西我们担心放在后面的停车场没人看管，安全问题就没了。凯特琳说我们可以把车停在前台正对着的地方，而且我们会帮你照看。她好心地承担了责任，我们非常高兴，也非常惊讶。很棒的客户服务，很棒的酒店。谢谢！
地理位置优越，靠近我们要去的地方。酒店干净整洁，维护良好。不过，我们的房间略微有点霉味，通风一下应该就能解决。浴室也需要翻新一下，因为浴缸有些磨损，略微生锈，看起来脏兮兮的，但其实是刚用过。天花板的纹理表面也开始剥落。早餐维护得很好，有炒鸡蛋（鸡蛋粉）和美味的香肠肉汁饼干，味道不错。华夫饼机可以一次制作4个儿童小份华夫饼，我们觉得很棒。糕点、贝果、小份酸奶和小盒牛奶（半品脱）也是一大亮点。入住人员非常友好。下次还会住这里！
酒店不错。酒店旁边有很多很棒的餐饮选择。早餐很丰盛。
