Check-in was fast. Room is very big.
Bed is fair in comfort.
Our room was not done in all days there.

The shower was pretty bad the tub was so dirty and the drain was so plugged that water took hours to drain. There was dried up boggers and old build up.

The One receptionist was over-loaded but helped each person fully, according to their needs. She made sure to apologize to others in line for the inconvenience. I gave her 5 stars for her customer service.

Thought I paid all the taxes and fees when I made the reservation but when I got there I found out there was a "parking fee". I don't know why because it is like every other hotel with it's own parking lot. Why not do like Vegas and call it a resort fee. That seems to be working out great for them. And you wonder why tourism is down?
