Room was fabulous and so is the staff as usual! Repeat customer here, that will always be coming back because I trust this property to have a safe and enjoyable experience. Also the Jets on the jacuzzi are what keeps me coming back!

The room was not filthy, but not fresh and clean. Our first room was very dirty, torn apart and smelled of mold. The front desk changed our room promptly, but the new room was not super clean, with missed dust/dirt on counters and switches, but also a filthy pull-out couch mattress that had obvious filth on it. The breakfast area was not all that clean and sparse. However, the dtaff that we encountered were all very friensly and helpful. Overall, the experience wasn't the worsr, but I would not choose to stau here again.

Great rooms with a pool at the center. My children were very excited about the whole experience. Only mark down is the fire alarm going off because someone pulled it as a prank (heard it is a semi regular occurrence) and scaring my kid, he jump so hard and hit his face and his tooth almost went all the way through his lip.

Rooms were cleans, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. The lady at the front desk was excellent and very helpful.
