Perfect location and quiet & clean Great breakfast with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Comfortable beds and the staff for the most part were responsive. The check clerk could have been better and they missed cleaning our room a few times but the people providing the breakfast were amazing !

We enjoyed our stay but our room was not the cleanest, it had a musty smell when we first got there. The shower was not the cleanest, there was hair on the shower wall from the last people. The staff were kind and services were good.

Not So Great

Not so good. Person at front desk was rather cavalier about safety when he was told phone in room did not work. Room servicing was requested but did not occur. Power went out and elevator did not work. Had to carry luggage down from 3rd floor on checking out.

Room was nice & cool. Bathroom pipes under sink kinda dirty & the bath wash was out in the shower.

Breakfast was ok, but not as many whole food healthier options as I would like.

I stayed here for a weekend (Fri-Sun). The shower was not cleaned well. There were old dried up brownish shampoo or conditioner splash stains on the shower walls. The hand soap & body soap containers were empty. Other than those issues, everything else was great. Breakfast was really good, except for the over dry scrambled eggs. They had delicious cinnamon rolls & muffins, good biscuits & gravy & sausage. They have an automatic pancake maker that made pretty good pancakes (a bit on the thin side). I might stay here again next time I’m in the area. There’s a Walmart down the street, which is super convenient.

Clean but disappointing

The jet tub in our room, which i paid extra to have did not work. When i went to call the front desk regarding the problem the phone did not work. I did go to the front desk in regards to the tub and was told it had a leak. Check out time there was 11. Check in time is 3 i feel we should have been told before checking in and offered a reimbursment or more then the 20.00 i was offered and did not receive.

We had loud neighbors throughout our stay, both next door, across the hall and above us! Every day there was a dirty wet puddle in front of and in the elevator.

Most issues had more to do with other guests than staff although the morning housekeeping could listen to their music a little quieter.

The front desk was not as friendly nor welcoming. When we entered The room was not cleaned Under the bed was a maxi pad in clear view which lets me know a thorough cleaning was not done. We mentioned it to front desk but had to wait until the next day. The bathroom was dirty. The tub could use Brillo and the floor was not properly swept and walls dirty. There was dirt build up in the corners of the floor. Garbage was outside in the tiny garbage cans that sits by the doors overflowed. The location is good. Right off the highway and close to Walmart and other stores as well as fast food. If you just need a place to sleep it’s not a bad location but if you expect 4star or better this is not it.
