我们于2025年8月中旬入住这家酒店，当时我们正准备送大学生回家。酒店周围环境不错，交通便利，有很多自助停车位。工作人员非常棒！可惜的是，我们的房间至少可以说令人失望。房间里非常潮湿，这可以解释床边壁灯和台灯上的锈迹，但这并不能解释灰尘。也可能是窗帘背面有某种残留物的原因，这些残留物会沾到任何接触到它的东西上。当我们在停车场走向我们的车时，我们注意到其他几个房间的窗户上也有同样的残留物，所以我们没有浪费任何时间去换房间，因为我们认为其他房间可能也有同样的问题。还有其他一些问题，例如房间和浴室地板边缘有碎屑，浴室水槽下的地板上有散落的头发，浴室墙上有洞，床角的垫子上有洞等等。总的来说，房间需要彻底清洁，改善空调系统，并进行一些翻新。我通过电子邮件联系了他们，并提供了反馈，并提出发送照片，他们回复说应该会在3天内回复我。然而，我至今仍未收到回复。

I will never stay here again. I feel cheated amd overcharged. While the beds were clean, the room was not. The bathroom door and walls were badly water damaged. Every metal surface was badly rusted. Other surfaces were obviously not clean. I booked a double queen suite with complimentary breakfast. When I arrived at check in time, I was told that room was not available. I got a smaller room with 2 double beds and a coupon for breastfast, which I learned was not complimentary. Oddly enough, the breakfat receipt showed a double charge for the breakfast. And self parking was $14 a night. I know its 2025, but that is too high a cost to self park at this hotel when no special events were happening. I wont ever stay here again and do not advise others to stay here.

This double room incurs an additional $75 to check in early. My room was situated directly below the fitness center. The air conditioning was not functional. The remote control was not functional. Breakfast was not included. The total cost for breakfast was $21. I dont recommend.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent stay at this hotel was far below expectations. From check-in to check-out, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dust and stains, and the overall maintenance seemed neglected. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning correctly, and attempts to contact the front desk for assistance were met with long delays and unhelpful responses.

While I understand that occasional issues can arise, the lack of attention to guest comfort and service quality was unacceptable for a property of this standard. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements in cleanliness, customer service, and facility upkeep. Until then, I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

This is the second survey that I have done. I made it clear that the room wasn’t properly cleaned (specifically the bathroom toilet and shower), the ice machines on the second and third floor were both out of service with no signs saying that they were out of order, and the room had an odor like old mold or mildew had settled in. The only thing I like about the hotel was the location and food options nearby.
