The fact that I was charged for parking and then the parking lot was so full I had to park in the street. Most hotels have a little fridge and then breakfast was $21 a person ridiculous.

No one was at the desk both times I came through the door and needed help.
All of the reception seemed irritated to help me at all. Literally rolled their eyes bc someone from the bar had to go get them in the back room.
I asked about how to fix Hilton Honors and the first guy said, “I have no idea” and left it at that. Not helpful at all.
Felt as if I was a nuisance to anyone I talked to. The only nice people were the ones at the bar.
Everything is an up charge (breakfast, parking…). The bathtub had dirty water in it, I have photos.
I was hoping to use the laundry machines but it was used the entire time despite waking up at 3am and checking.
I have booked so many guests here. I am embarrassed to have sent them here and don’t think I will ever again. Def a shame. It’s beautiful on the inside but I did not feel comfortable whatsoever.

We paid for King room and got 2 full beds because football team playing stayed there and they didn’t honor what I paid for. Did NOT get a partial refund either for different room! Horrible experience and beds are NOT comfortable at alll!!!! Don’t waste your time or money!

Several outlets didn't work. I was initially put in a connecting room and it was very noisy. I had to request a different room. At least the new room had a couple functioning outlets near the bed to charge my phone.

Wonderful time in a beautiful city. Best lemon pepper wings ever. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

I will never stay here again. I feel cheated amd overcharged. While the beds were clean, the room was not. The bathroom door and walls were badly water damaged. Every metal surface was badly rusted. Other surfaces were obviously not clean. I booked a double queen suite with complimentary breakfast. When I arrived at check in time, I was told that room was not available. I got a smaller room with 2 double beds and a coupon for breastfast, which I learned was not complimentary. Oddly enough, the breakfat receipt showed a double charge for the breakfast. And self parking was $14 a night. I know its 2025, but that is too high a cost to self park at this hotel when no special events were happening. I wont ever stay here again and do not advise others to stay here.

位置不错。
我通常喜欢住逸林酒店，但这家有点令人失望：一楼的房间位于健身房下方，隔音效果很差，因为杠铃之类的东西会掉到楼上，而且窗户很小，对着停车场，隐私性很差。我建议客人预订更高的楼层。
此外，房间里的电视不太好用，虽然我能看到勉强过得去的画面。
价格还行，品质还可以。如果价格更高，体验也一样，我会给低分。感觉有点老旧/脏乱，非餐饮服务人员似乎有些冷漠，这是最令人失望的。酒店周边环境不错，这多少弥补了一点不足。我是出差，否则我会选择其他酒店。这只是一家普通的酒店。
床和温度都很舒适。员工很友好。有些东西需要修理……破损的瓷砖和厕纸架。只要注意一下这些老旧的东西，就能有很大帮助。
