Parts of breakfast were cold, they ran out of yogurt before 8am, pancake machine was broken.

Tv wasn't working first night, no hairdryer but evth else was ok. I liked the breakfast, place was clean and good location for me. Friendly staff , I d go again

I planned an occasion for my wife and I to have fun over the weekend and decided to pick this location to spend the night in. We thought it would be clean like the one in Troy/ auburn hills Detroit. We were wrong! We had to switch king rooms twice. It would’ve been 3x’s but it was already late. Besides the receptionist had limited powers to make decisions. For the hotel. I paid with a debit card card and it would’ve had taken too many days for a refund along with Tim wasn’t on our side to pick another hotel close by. HI asked to speak with a manager and I was told that one wouldn’t be in until Monday, it was Saturday. . Both rooms were not clean. Especially both bathrooms. It was hair in the tub and sink a gyms shoe print on the shower floor. The pillows smelled as if they were just flipped over. Etc. the receptionist could only offer a 10% discount ($11) dollars off of the total bill. I wasn’t looking for a free stay . Monday came around and no call from the manager that was supposed to call me back. At least for an apology. But No! I will never stay there let alone recommend anyone to stay there especially if they are from out of town.😡🙂↔️

It was old...bathroom was old, tub grout old. Carpeting was peeling up. Definitely not what I'm used to at the Holiday Inn Express.

Amazing staff that made us feel welcomed. Hotel itself has needed little repairs. Cracked walls, chipped paint, etc.
酒店一贯比较方便，干净，吃喝也方便
整体不错，但是期间好几次漏掉house keeping，也未解释原因
续住了两天，房间设施只能说这个价格的设备也就差不多这个样子，稍微有点偏旧，但是住的还算舒服。整体评价还可以。
换了两个房间，味道极难闻
没有毛巾，没有空调
