Do not pass this one up!
The Holiday Inn Express in Festus is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. All of the staff, from check-in, to housekeeping, to breakfast, and check out were super helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was very clean, quiet and welcoming. And, I can’t even explain how comfortable the room was (I had a king suite). All around outstanding experience!

I'm from the area and this is my go to hotel when I'm back home to visit. Staff is always friendly, rooms are always clean. I've never had a complaint staying here. They are very accommodating and the location is in the right spot.

I left someone valuable in the room by accident. The staff was awesome in finding it and saving it at the desk until I could come back and get it. Much appreciated!!

was a little tricky to get to, but was not right on the interstate. No Road noise at all.

We addressed our displeasure with mgmt and *******. Our room was not cleaned 3 out 7 days we stayed. They made it right with refunded amount.
Disheartening experience to return daily to room not serviced.

This place already got high ratings when we booked it. After staying there I can see why. It’s clean, in great condition and the staff are excellent. The breakfast was good too. I recommend it.

Amazing thank for for them because I would have died if I had to stay in the comfort inn across the street.
