The room was clean, staff seem nice. The only thing I didn't like was when I checked in he hotel charged an extra deposit of 50$ per night. They never did this before.

I believe there was a recent water leak prior to us checking in. Our hallway floor had caution signs and was wet and mushy by the elevators. Had a bad musky smell because of this. Our rooms thermostat required new batteries and wouldn’t let us adjust it. After a 2 and a half hour wait after they told us someone was coming to fix it, we fell asleep. They did go back the next day and fix it after we requested it again on our way out for the day. The staff overall was friendly and helpful and the rooms were big.

Only one person checking in a long line of people. Only one elevator for a whole hotel full of people and not enough parking.

酒店回复: Thank you for the feedback and we apologize for the short period of time that the elevator recall button was not working on Friday night. We did have the repair company out that night to fix it and both elevators were operating again by 8pm.

The hotel itself was clean. My pet friendly room was close to the elevator on floor 2 and close to front door
The gentleman who checked me in, Micah, was a pleasure to deal with. Great to have someone like that greet you as you arrive. Kudos to him!!! Beds were comfortable. Pillows were great!!!

这次入住体验简直像个恶作剧。1. 我们原本被安排在333房间,第二天早上就被告知要换房,因为隔壁或楼下在施工。2. 于是我们搬到了隔壁的335房间。作为希尔顿荣誉客会会员,酒店员工并没有想办法补偿我们。他们给了我们一些饼干来安抚我们,还说“你们不用换房,可以忍受噪音”。换房完全没意义,因为我们还是能听到施工的每一秒。晚上我们准备休息,因为所有房间都非常潮湿,所以打开了空调,结果通风口传来持续不断的刺耳警报声。于是,我们当然在深夜下楼去前台反映情况。然后我们又搬到了第三个房间——519。这基本上是我们入住的最后一天/最后一晚,所以也无所谓了。我们和家人吃完晚饭回来,火警警报又响了起来。我们打电话到楼下确认一切是否正常,他们说可能有人在房间里抽烟,“我们正在调查”。他们把烟关掉了。但你猜怎么着,火警警报又响了四次。房间的窗户因为冷凝水漏水,浴室里的沐浴露都碎了,到处乱扔。这简直是一次糟糕的住宿体验,我们住了三晚,换了三个不同的房间。强烈不推荐。
我对这家酒店非常失望,它一直是我多年的首选,但这次我入住的房间地毯上长满了严重的霉菌。我不得不换房间,因为呼吸困难。即使换了房间,酒店也没有提供任何补偿或折扣。结果,我整个旅程都病怏怏的。很遗憾,我以后不会再来了。
