The hotel has lots of construction working inside out, very dusty, the whole place smell like strong chemicals from fresh painting especially inside the room, entrance to the lobby is very dirty, at the laundry facility,I found full load of clothes that have painting all over, probably has been used from those who painting the hotel it's very disgusting, open the dryer paint every where, the hotel shouldn't let painters wash their clothes there, it should reserve for hotell guest use only, breakfast is limited. Not recommended.

Please know, our construction teams once they are finished for the day they head home, all amenities are guests only. Our hotel is a home away from home for many people travelling for business including blue collar laborers that work in various industries that keep our world revolving. While they are here, like you they utilize all amenities at their disposal. We do apologize for the inconvenience experienced and we hope to see you again in the near future.

预订时已经全额付款，但办理入住时酒店系统没有记录，导致我不得不再次支付。我立刻联系了客服，他们非常迅速地在退房前解决了问题，并确保我所有重复支付的款项都得到了退还。
