Lack of support had to call over 3 × 4 loud noise over our head when I had a child sleeping for school, staff have poor customer service room was nice and clean, need to get a whole new management and employees,a staff member that work the front desk, tell us we couldn't take the food with us when we were going to work which was a cup of coffee and a sausage on 2 slices of bread And yesterday we didn't get a problem,taking the breakfast back to the room, I will never book a room there again

The suites were clean and updated but the mattresses were like sleeping on cement. Same as the loveseat. When I asked to change rooms they said all rooms had the same beds. I did not sleep for 3 days. Also, the tvs are old. No apps so you can’t watch what you want. I will never stay again!

The staff went above & beyond to provide an enjoyable stay. The rooms have been updated & they upgraded us for free as a birthday gift! Very nice guy at the front desk! Came out to look for me in the parking lot when the room was ready instead of waiting for me to come back inside. Love it there!

Property was absolutely clutter free, clean & tidy. The room was clean, however did not have much inter action with the staff but the front desk was very helpful. The overall ambience was well maintained and spotless.

Property is old. They are renovating rooms, however, they have a sign that wants you to help the environment by reusing your towels. There were NO towel hooks anywhere. Actually they ripped out the ones on the back of the bathroom door. Very weird!
There was no sponge to wash your dishes. No dish cloth either. I asked at front desk and received a magic eraser.
There was only 1 spoon. However, 5 knives. Barely anything to work with in the kitchen and no oven or dishwasher.
The room was clean and fairly comfortable.
The property grounds and buildings need a lot of work. Rotting wood on them.
