We stopped here twice, en route to as well as from our recent autumn trip East. We liked the hotel and staff so much from our first stay that we booked a room for an overnight stop over on our trip back home. Staff were very helpful and friendly for both times we stayed here.
Very nice accommodations in a clean well appointed room.

Aging hotel. Carpets worn, bathrooms worn. Trouble scheduling room cleaning. Great location just off thruway & 490, next to eastview mall, plenty of eating places. Bedding was clean. Breakfast was convenient. Hope a renovation occurs soon.
