We have been here a few days but wanted to review so far and will drop one at the end. We have been welcomed by every single person w have walked by. The staff even dealing with issues at home following a hurricane have gone out of their way to be friendly and helpful: Tyrone, Antwan. Ronaldo. Romaine. just to name a few but these guys have made this such a friendly resort so far. Our last experience at Ocho Rio’s left us wondering if we should switch from sandals but these guys made us feel we made the right choice for a family vacation. The food. The entertainment. The staff, the drinks everything’s has been better than we hoped for. We would definitely bring the kids back here again . We have gone to Negril, Curaçao, Ocho, St Lucia and this ranks up near our favorite of Curaçao. Further updates on next review.

Just 10 days post-hurricane and the airport, the roads, the property were fully operational. The concierge, spa, housekeeping, SCUBA, and watersports, photoshop, gift shop, restaurants and bars were unbelievable. We also had to visit the nurse and get a doctor on site during this trip and we’re thankful for their service. Already re-booked for next year. This was our 9th trip to the three Beaches in 10+years. Thank you to all your staff. Well done!

We are a family of 6 so we had to book two rooms and were told we would be able to get adjoining rooms only to find out when we arrived this was not possible! As we were split on two different floors mom stayed in one room with two kids and dad the other room with two kids, certainly not the ideal start to the vacation!! However Monique and the concierge team worked to try and fix the situation. By day two they were able to at least get us on the same floor with 3 rooms separating us still not ideal but made the rest of the week much better!! Thank you Monique!! As for the rest of the week, it went really well and we had a great time! Jamaica is such a great place to visit!!! As for the hotel, this was our first beaches experience after several Sandals experiences so it is hard to compare. They had a hard time keeping up with the crowd, towels ran out, food ran out, waits were long, machines were down (ice cream, milkshakes, glass bottom boat) etc. The rooms were average but older and showing the wear and tear, we had a few maintenance issues.

I normally don’t write reviews about the cleaning services but I felt compelled to give 5++++ stars to Venicie!! Venicie did an AMAZING job and took special care of our room. Our room was beachfront and when she was done you would have never known!! She also took the time to learn my name and said “hello” and ask about how my day was going every time she saw me. She was super friendly and a ray of sunshine in paradise. Thank You Venicie for all of your hard work and your kindness. Yeah Man and much love!! Marcy

The staff is what makes this place great. It is an older property so you don’t get all the bells whistles. You will for sure get great service. From the front desk to the wait staff at the restaurants to the entertainment crew to the cabana servers and Oshane who made sure we knew how to get around the property, we were well taken care of. Dukel and Rashaun took great care of us while in our reserved cabana each day. They literally checked on us every 30 minute with a huge smile and fun conversation each time. Shamor at the swim up bar made great drinks and the late night bar staff keep the conversation going. We will definitely be back. What’s not there in modern flare and finesse is made up for in a clean, safe, friendly environment geared toward family fun, rest and relaxation.
