The staff will always keep me coming back (trip #3, 5 more booked, multiple Sandals trips in the past as well). ROOMS - PERFECT (have stayed in other levels as well) FOOD - PLENTIFUL and delicious DRINKS - WELL MADE ALWAYS ENTERTAINMENT - the TEAM is so talented, the shows are well choreographed, great costumes, voices of angels and strength of Thor. The shows are for every age! POOLS - main pool is the favorite - great meeting place and yet spread out enough for simply relaxing. Piazza pool is great for families, especially those with real little ones. SAFETY IS A PRIORITY FOR THE POOL STAFF AT ALL TIMES. LOCATION - 7 MILE BEACH - NEED I SAY MORE.... VALUE - I have been to other AI resorts that are not even close to the level provided by BEACHES/SANDALS - worth every penny and provide a sress-free vacation. Other resorts limit what is included in AI (no restaurant hopping, one meal choice only which means if you don't like it you wait for the next time...) and tipping is expected at every turn. WATER SPORTS - WELL... Melissa put a damper on that, but from prior trips I can tell you they are great. We arrived home safely in NY Monday 11/3/25. I wanted to take a moment to thank the entire Beaches Negril TEAM for their GRACE, RESILIENCE, STRENGTH and COMPASSION with each other and with all of us who remained on-site having officially checked off surviving a Cat 5 Hurricane. I have already completed the official survey and used all 3000 characters allowed to express my thoughts and single out specific TEAM Members - I needed more characters..... In summary: The entire Maintenance TEAM The entire Groundskeeping TEAM The entire Housekeeping TEAM The entire Food & Beverage TEAM The entire Bar Service TEAM The entire Loyalty TEAM The entire Gift Shop TEAM The entire Photography TEAM The entire IT TEAM The entire FRONT DESK TEAM The entire Entertainment TEAM The entire BUTLER TEAM The entire Management TEAM The Nursing TEAM - one nurse can be a whole TEAM The entire BELL TEAM Our Sandals Driver MARTIN who got us back to MBJ and was ever the professional and a great conversationalist - took the time to explain Parishes damage during and challenges to rebuild after Hurricane Melissa. ***there is no "I" in TEAM for a reason*** For those that felt mistakes were made - show GRACE and...as they say, there is a reason pencils come with erasers... Lastly to our new connections we made over the last few days: The Idaho crew - you are a blast and are so happy you crossed our path ❤️ The Sandals South Coast crew who were transplanted in the wee hours of the morning - WOW - ultimate party crew!!! To the many others we met and came out on the other side of this experience with, a little humor: the Americans - we will get through this.... the Canadians - we are still friends.... the British - you do have a sense of humor... the SRC FB Group - thank you for sharing with us and we will await publication of the first edition..May the SS Minnow ride the sea forever.

This is our 2nd trip to Beaches Negril, 1st was in 2020. Beautiful beach, good food- always very cautious for allergies, clean, great security, but it is the staff that make this place a 5! The staff is amazing; they are kind and genuinely friendly. I drink a concoction of my own making and the bartenders learned it immediately and just asked if I wanted my usual. Seek out Lesmore, I call him our Jamaica grampa. He is the most wonderful person you will ever meet! He legitimately remembers our family from 2020 and was just as wonderful this time around. We were here for a small wedding (15) and they did an absolute wonderful job with it- just beautiful. And once again the staff made it even better, they had been interacting with us all week and when we hit the dance floor and pulled them out with us they joined in just like family ❤️ We will absolutely be coming back to visit Lesmore, the rest of the staff and to of course enjoy the resort.
