I didn't like that the dryer is $1.50 for 38 mins and my clothes was wasn't dry at all. Everything came out very damp. I was extremely disappointed to have to take home damp clothes in a suitcase back to NYC.

This is a very tired RI. There have been limited updates but overall the place needs overhauling. Furniture in our two bedroom suite needs to go. Chair and sofa smelled bad. Our room was cleaned one time plus 2 ‘refreshes’ for our 11 day stay. We were told they clean every other day but only in the morning. We missed our first day so we were apparently dropped from the schedule and had to request service more than once. Getting basic supplies was also our responsibility. Breakfast bar was very limited and frequently out of coffee. Not a pleasant stay.

Such wonderful staff!
I will visit this hotel every time I come to this area simply because of the wonderful friendly staff. Cynthia in the breakfast room was one of the sweetest people I've ever met in my life. I will come back there specifically to see her.

This is an unsafe hotel for your family. We have stayed here for over 5 years in the past for certain family occasions and it had always seemed to be comfortable place. They have changed!!! Over Thanksgiving this year my family stayed and we experienced the worst you could imagine. I personally watched as there was nobody working the front desk for over 10 minutes on Thanksgiving night and anybody could just walk in through the non-secure front entrance at 9:00pm at night. A guest stood there and was so upset that he could not simply get checked in. There is absolutely zero security in place. To make the stay even better, the next morning I wake up and my truck has been broken into - breaking my back window and stealing some items. The police come and ask if the hotel has any security cameras -the answer is no. How in this day in age does a hotel not have front desk coverage and zero security cameras? What if someone wanted to come into your hotel room? I contacted the hotel GM Leon and he has basically laughed it off and said this is how the staffing and security is at their facility. It is disgusting to me how I have been treated!!! I highly suggest that you DO NOT stay at this place with your family as it could be very dangerous and I am lucky it was only my truck that got burglarized this time.

The staff was excellent & was able to work with me to better fit my pets needs. The bed was not that comfy & noticed hair on the pillows. The microwave handle was broken. The curtains didn’t close all the way. Overall, It was okay for a one night stay, but would not stay here again.

This place was solid overall. Shower water pressure was amazing. The only downside was the fire alarm went off once at 7pm and then again at 7am the next morning. Just tedious since it took over a minute to turn off what were both false alarms.

前台的Aaliyah和Kenneth先生非常棒。他们让我们的入住体验非常愉快。
这家酒店真是越来越糟糕了。这里地理位置优越，非常适合我们一家人聚会，我们很喜欢带全套厨房和客厅的两卧室套房。我们多年来一直入住这家酒店，亲眼目睹了它一步步走下坡路。今年尤其糟糕，208房间的客厅椅子不见了，尽管酒店网站上明明写着有这把椅子，前台却说他们从来没见过。原本的四人餐桌被换成了双人餐桌，洗碗机也坏了。好在入住第二天，工作人员才修好了洗碗机，换上了四人餐桌。从房间里还能清楚地看到泳池区惨不忍睹的景象：大部分躺椅都坏了，胡乱地堆放在角落里，热水浴缸也被水泥填满了。照这样下去，真不知道这家酒店还能维持多久万豪的品牌形象。
我们路过这里前往希尔顿黑德岛，在这家酒店住了一晚。我们用了每年的免费住宿券。办理入住时，酒店无法给我们实体房卡（只有电子房卡）。这对于一家人旅行来说很不方便。此外，我们最初被分配的房间并不干净（见图）。我们立即要求换房。第二个房间好多了，床也还可以。沙发床没有床上用品，所以我们需要向酒店要。总的来说，这家酒店设施比较老旧，但这次入住也满足了我们的需求。
