Staff was friendly when checking in. Was given first floor room with an adjoining door but was assured later that it was no longer an adjoining room. Could hear guests in other room at night talking through the door.

Extremely outdated. The door to our room was the worst. There was no peep hole and it didn’t feel like it was securely closed. Not the cleanest hotel I’ve been in but also not the worst. Just really run down and doesn’t appear they have even attempted to update.

Horrible customer service
The front office staff was anything but helpful. We were double charged for our room and told too bad- take it up with somebody in billing the morning. When we addressed it with the front desk in the morning, not only did they not fix their error, we ended up with a third charge for the hotel room. I’m giving them 48 hours to get it fixed, but we will never stay at this hotel again and they need to provide training for customer service staff.

Could not turn off loud hvac fan. Hard bed that felt wore out. And fresh stain on the towel. Bottom ten worse hotel stays I’ve had.

I am so disappointed in the hotel here. Our room 206 had mold in the shower and sink area. The lobby was great. Area good. Staff good. Breakfast cold and no plates. Food cold and has to pay for it and for sure basic food. I have photos to show.
