酒店回复: I do apologize for the ants in the room, however ants do not mean things weren't cleaned correctly. Ants tend to look for new shelter when its extremely hot, or when there has been rain, which we have had both. Also your card was charged an INCIDENTAL FEE , DEPOSIT. You were never double charged. The deposit is just an authorization, a hold. It will fall off in 3-5 buisness days as it was released upon check out.
酒店回复: I do apologize your vehicle was stolen, however there is only so much we can do. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Anyone in there right mind would have insurance on the truck and cargo you were carrying. Everyone knows to not leave valuables in their vehicles. To say we did nothing is a complete lie. We did what we could do for you. Maybe next time no matter what hotel you stay at you take the proper precautions to ensure your items will be there when you leave.
酒店回复: Our bathrooms do not have exhaust yet. In order to keep them mold free we do have to treat them after every guest. Same as most people do in there homes. Would you have rather we just leave them untreated?
酒店回复: My apologies for not having the breakfast. Our oven went out and we had no way to cook. We did the best we could with what we did serve. We do a replenishment service daily, towels, trash and refresh amenities. For a full service just check with front desk and we would have gotten it taken care of for you. We did inspect the room for bedbugs, and there was no evidence of any bed bugs in the room. Not sure what it was. My apologies for not meeting your expectation during this stay
