酒店位置很好,就在斯普林菲尔德市中心,服务态度也很棒,还送了迎宾曲奇。
电梯太糟糕了,楼层的制冰机也坏了,浴室一直有滴水声,房间里没有冰箱,而且室温直到半夜才凉下来。
卫生间里居然一条毛巾都没有!
入住手续办理得非常慢,等了20多分钟,而我已经在*******预订了房间。酒店设施老旧,噪音很大,所有声音都能听到,而且走廊对面还有吵闹的孩子,这更糟了。房间很干净,但有一股霉味。房间很简陋,没有冰箱。我住过更糟糕的,但考虑到这个房间的价格,我绝对不会推荐。你根本看不出来这是希尔顿品牌酒店。
入住时间是下午4点。我们下午4点就到了,却发现大堂里挤满了人,房间还没准备好。工作人员无法预估房间何时能准备好,因为房间仍然“脏乱”。我们终于在下午5点45分拿到了房间,但回到前台后,我们要求尽快更新房间信息并拿到钥匙,因为我们要去别的地方,却连准备的时间都没有。这毁了我们的晚间计划,我们的女儿们也非常不高兴。他们没有提供任何折扣或后续服务,客户服务非常糟糕。在其他任何地方都没有遇到过这种经历。
尽管预订时勾选了“含早餐”作为搜索词,但酒店却没有免费早餐。这家酒店的部分区域(尤其是泳池)有些破旧。按摩浴缸坏了。入住第一晚后,房间没有打扫/翻新。地理位置优越,靠近市中心的林肯景点,但除此之外,这家酒店勉强算得上中等偏下。

婴儿床和游戏床可不是婴儿床。所以当我到达时,我很惊讶地看到房间里放着婴儿床和游戏床,而不是工作人员承诺的婴儿床。早知道这样,我就会为宝宝安排其他睡眠安排。此外,浴缸内衬严重破损,根本没法给宝宝好好洗澡。此外,他们的一部电梯坏了,导致我们不得不等15-20分钟才能进出房间。由于等待时间太长,有些客人甚至开始使用服务区。酒店没有行李搬运工,所以您必须自己把行李搬到您的房间。然而,他们只有两辆行李车,这使得入住和退房变得很麻烦,尤其是在高峰时段。因为要等很长时间才能用上一辆行李车(30多分钟)。酒店没有为客人提供停车位,这也是一个不便之处。您必须在隔壁的国有停车场按日付费。总而言之,这是一次糟糕的体验,与我传统上在逸林酒店 (DoubleTree) 的体验完全不同。
