Shower has minimal water pressure, faucet was dirty. Bed comfortable, studio room was excellent and great lay-out. Parking cost $20 extra which should be included and was an extra not reported add on. Check in front staff had her face completely white with make-up which I gound odd. When checking out, the staff wanted to swipe my credit card again for " incidental charges" , which I didn't have. I refused and told them I paid in advance for the room, alreay had my card swiped during check in for extra suprise parking fees.
Not a good experience this hotel.

Great room, great location, great price!
We were in town for the IMT marathon. For 4 years we stayed at a different hotel, but they were booked solid. So we picked this one instead. We are very glad we did. This hotel was much better and closer to the downtown areas we use. We will be staying here more in the future!

Our room was never cleaned the 3 days we were there. No new towel's no garbage emptied very disappointed

We came for the bike riding and were pleasantly surprised that they’re developing the trails all the way throughout Des Moines. We did three days of bike rides and we think about coming again every year. Those bike trails are the kind of things that would make us wanna live here

Our go to for DSM
Hard to beat this hotel for the location and cost. We've stayed here multiple times, and it's within walking distance to most of the nightlife. Clean, plenty of parking, and the rooms are big.

We didn’t get housekeeping at all nothing
I had to ask for clean towels and the dirty ones were left
I’m not sure if I was billed correctly for parking. I will review my credit charges
