Everything was great. The only thing I would change is having the room right next to the registration and laundry areas on the first floor. They need to soundproof that room better.

The staff was nice. The room was way below standard. Furniture was beyond worn. Wear spots, dirty and threads hanging. Kitchen cabinets and dishwasher were scratched, dents and wear spots. The cost of this room was way over the top for what we received. I will not be staying here again. Not to mention my credit card received numerous fraudulent charges right after using it at this hotel.

This is a very good hotel. All aspects were very satisfactory. Our only issue was the ridiculously high price for Winnemucca NV. But this was easily the best of the bunch.
