Hotel is under construction. Noisy after 8:00 am

It was hard to find since the light at the street was turned off but once we got inside our hotel room, it was very nice. And comfortable. Breakfast was good

The overall stay was great - it was a little dusty and cold in the hallway getting off the elevator as they were doing construction on the hotel - either an addition or renovation. Didn't affect our stay once to our room.

Excellent hotel!

Every staff member at the hotel was friendly, helpful and so very nice. From the moment we checked in to the very last minutes when we left, we felt welcomed and valued as guests. A very great crew at this Hampton Inn!!! Our room was very comfortable, clean, and the extra amenities so nice. We relaxed by the pool which was very inviting and a pretty setting. The breakfast both mornings was delicious, such a great variety of choices with a smiling staff member replenishing and taking care of the guests. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Spring Lake!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Staff members (Eric, DaQuan and LaTonya) were very professional, cordial, knowledgeable, accommodating and talked as if they really enjoyed their jobs and being of service. This Hampton Inn will definitely be my first choice of hotels the next time I'm in the area.

We had no idea that there was active construction going on and we were assigned a room next to it. We arrived very late 3a and were awoken at 7am to extraordinarily loud construction noise. Terrible. We could stay there another night even though we paid for it. We should have been told!!!!
