When we walked in the hotel. It had a clean fresh smell. Check in was easy and fast. The lady that checked us in was great. The room and hotel were clean and very nice. The room looked like it had just been remodeled, and updated. With was great. Breakfast was hot and fresh. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The room was clean and to our liking. Except for the electric window shade that wouldn’t come down at all!!! Not good for next morning brightening the room before we were ready to get up!!

Room size is optimum and very up to date. Very convenient to horse show complex. Ribeye Restaurant adjacent to hotel is very nice option for dining.

This was the second time we stayed here while traveling home after visiting family. Our room was very clean and bedding and towels were in great condition. Breakfast choices were many and satisfied my husband and my different tastes. Love that they have the k-cup coffee makers in the rooms and choice of decaf or regular coffee.
Only downside is probably something not in their control, but the turn off to Horseshoe Road from the main road is not lit at all and hard to see at night.
Steakhouse next door is a great place to get a hearty meal or smaller portions depending on your appetite after traveling all day. Have eaten there twice and been happy both times with quality of food and service.

The first room we were given was not what we booked, and it smelled. We were switched to another room, and the sheets had hair all over them.

I think it is sad that this property continues to say that they have a pool. The pool hasn't worked in years.

Tv didn’t work - they changed us to a suite that had a tv that worked - very responsive
Front desk person - pool was drained and

They should have mentioned that on the website before booking

I booked it because a pool was advertised but the pool had no water in it and wasn't usable during my stay. I could have booked a muxh less expensive hotel without a pool had I been made aware.

Pool was closed, laundry closed, breakfast was always out of items, rooms stunk, a/c was terrible, ice machines didn’t work half the time
