The towels appeared pale, as if they hadn't been washed. The bathroom accessories were missing shampoo and conditioner. When I started taking a bath in the morning, I found that the tub drain was completely blocked, and I had to take a bath in a pool of water. The breakfast lacked bread entirely. When asked at the front desk about it, the staff member replied, "We don't serve bread; we have eggs, you can eat those." How can breakfast be complete without bread? The one-night charge was $103, which is not inexpensive by any standard, yet the service was disappointing.

Bathroom had mold in corners. Comforter on one of the beds had mold/mildew on it. No soap (asked twice). Thankful I had shower gel with me. Ran out of toilet paper, we used tissues. Asked for clean towels, toilet paper and soap (again) on day 3, still didn’t get any. Won’t stay there again.

Front desk person was nice but room is terrible. Was in town for a concert and didn’t have time to switch. Bed linens were stained and looked dirty. All wash cloths and towns stunk. There was black mold on ceiling and sink would not close to shave. Definitely not worth the money I paid but is closest to the Nutter Center, but plenty of others close too.

Room had a huge gap in the door. Could see out to the hall, so I know people could see in to the room. AC was not working and room was very warm. Also smelled like it had been smoked in. Wasn’t great, but wasn’t the worst. Bed was comfortable and we liked that the room had a microwave. Coffee maker was filthy.

The beds were very comfortable. The shower had warm water, but not hot. The room in general was in very good shape. The breakfast was disappointing due to quality: orange juice tasted awful, eggs cool, waffles had a weird taste. I should have had cereal as the milk was good and the yogurt.

Hotel was ok. Room was ok. Bed ******. Coffee was absolutely terrible!!!!!! Breakfast ******. After breakfast was locked out of room. ?? Pool was supposed to be open till 10pm?? No hot tub. 😢😢

前门非常脏。需要手动推开，不是自动门。提着行李车的时候，开门非常不方便。拿到钥匙时，钥匙套已经很旧了。房间还算过得去。早餐很普通。没有洗衣机。唯一值得称赞的是水压超级给力！庆幸我只住了一晚。
