The staff were all amazing- every individual, I encountered was courteous and helpful and showed great pride in their work. David, you rock! The hot savory breakfast choices could be more healthier. The room carpeting can use a cleaning (shampooing, not just vacuuming, to wash away some of the embedded foot/body odor that lingers in the room). Bedding and towels all perfect.

The hotel didn’t have my ******* reservation correct. Front staff was extremely rude when I was very confused and trying to figure out the miscommunication. They blamed *******, ******* said they never confirmed the reservation. Despite the two front desk staff telling me they had rooms still, the Operations Manager told me they didn’t have room for us after all. I was refused a $275 refund so now filing a claim with *******. We didn’t even get to stay here!

We did not get our room serviced as requested. The front desk gal said they wont service after 2 pm. It was 1:50 pm when i called. Also the sink would not drain. Told then Friday morning and as of Saturday it still was not fixed. They were running out of coffee anf food at 9:30 am. They do b not pay attention to details.

Nearness to I-71 and the total environment around the property.

At check in, the front desk attendant was not welcoming. It seemed a bother for us to be there. Admittedly, we checked in late, but that should not negate a friendly approach. The elevator was extremely slow and dirty. Once we reached the room, we were impressed with its spaciousness and cleanliness. The bathroom and shower were exceptional. Breakfast was included the next morning, however, there were no hot optioned available at all other than oatmeal and toast/bagels. There were only bowls available - the attendant stated that there would be no hot options until plates could be purchased and brought in. The breakfast offering began at 6:00 am and we were there at 7:00. This was our second attempt staying at this hotel. Our first time was cancelled as the hotel did not have any water, and we had to find another hotel at the last minute - that was a year ago.
